I believe gathering spaces should feel welcoming & financially accessible, while also honoring the care and resources required to create them. My event rates are designed with that intention. I aim to make my retreats available to a wide range of people and support the ongoing needs of our community, while maintaining the care and value of the offering. If cost feels like a barrier, I invite you to reach out. I'm happy to explore partial scholarship & work-trade options & have an open conversation about what’s possible.

Hello sister,

My intention with this retreat is to create a sacred, intentional gathering of like-hearted women camping together for a weekend of self-discovery, release, and deep connection.

This retreat is an invitation to soften, to remember, and to reconnect ~ with ourselves, with each other, and with the natural world.

This is my dream. This is my purpose.

And this is how I want to welcome the turning of the new season ~ with you.

With love,

Andrea

  • Please bring camping essentials for a comfortable weekend, including:

    • Tent (single-person tents are especially helpful, or plan to share with a sister if desired)

    • Sleeping bag and sleeping pad/air mattress

    • Pillow and warm layers (temperatures can shift at night)

    • Comfortable clothing and extra layers

    • Extra blankets and/or shawls to stay warm during evening ceremonies

    • Flashlight or headlamp

    • Camp chair

    • Toiletries and personal items

    • Journal, water bottle, yoga mat and anything that supports your retreat experience

    • Snacks and meals that are not provided (see food section below)

    • Kayaks, Paddle Boards, Swimsuits

    • Extra drinking water to have at your camp

  • There is no potable water on site. I will bring plenty of water to share with everyone, but bringing your own water supply for your campsite is encouraged and may be helpful.

  • There is little to no cell service at the retreat location, and that’s part of the magic. This weekend is an invitation to unplug from the constant demands, notifications, and noise of everyday life so you can reconnect with yourself, nature, rest, and sisterhood.

Please let loved ones know you may be offline during the retreat and download maps or anything important ahead of time.

Consider this an opportunity for presence, self-care, and giving yourself permission to disconnect so you can fully receive the experience.

  • Coffee & tea will be offered throughout the weekend.

The beautiful Helen Bailey of Hearth & Stone will be lovingly preparing seasonal, nourishing meals throughout the weekend, thoughtfully crafted to support and enrich your wellness retreat experience.

    The following meals are provided:

    Friday

    • Dinner

    Saturday

    • Breakfast

    • Dinner

    Sunday

    • Breakfast

    • Lunch

    • Dinner (for those staying Sunday night)

    Please bring:

    • Your own lunch and snacks for Friday and Saturday

    • Breakfast for Monday morning if staying through then

    • Any personal favorite snacks you’d like throughout the weekend

  • Carpooling is encouraged as a mindful way to care for our planet, reduce our footprint, and begin cultivating connection before the retreat begins.

It also gives us more open space to be held by nature.

If you’d like to carpool but don’t have someone to ride with, or need assistance with transportation, please reach out. I’m happy to help connect sisters who are open to sharing rides.

Location: Our retreat will take place at a beautiful campground nestled near Oakridge, Oregon, within the Willamette National Forest. The site is approximately 1.5 hours from Eugene and 2 hours from Bend.

To support privacy and help preserve the sacred container of the retreat experience, full location details and directions will be shared after registration.

  • There is plenty of intentional time set aside to explore and also to simply rest and be.

    • During the retreat, there will be a limited number of optional one-on-one sessions available for those who feel called to deeper support. These include Intuitive Massage, Transformational Energy Sessions, and Jungian Life Coaching.

These sessions are offered at an additional cost of $100–$150, depending on the type and length of session. Availability is limited, and sign-ups will be offered on a first-come, first-served basis upon arrival at the retreat.

I encourage you to arrive with openness and allow your experience to unfold organically, choosing what feels most supportive in the moment.

    • Nearby you’ll find hiking trails, swimming holes, and reservoirs for kayaking, swimming, or paddle boarding, which could be perfect for those who feel called to move, explore, and connect with nature.

    • This time is also an invitation to slow down and nurture yourself in whatever way you need. You may choose to take a nap, sit in solitude, read a book, journal, create art, or simply rest beneath the trees.

There is no right way to spend your downtime here. This time is meant for whatever supports your body, heart, and spirit in feeling restored and present.

  • Cast your spells, say your prayers, dance barefoot under the moon, whisper to the forest spirits…whatever rituals you’ve got, we welcome all manifestations for clear skies and clean air during our weekend together. ✨

That said, this is Oregon, and both rain and wildfire smoke are part of living and gathering in the Pacific Northwest. Your health, safety, and comfort are incredibly important to me.

If conditions become too smoky for healthy breathing or too wet for us to comfortably and safely gather, we will cancel the retreat and all guests will receive a full refund.

I’m committed to creating a nourishing, magical experience… not one that asks you to push through discomfort or compromise your wellbeing

  • I personally don’t mix spirits with Spirit ✨ While I’m not placing restrictions around alcohol, I strongly encourage this weekend to be an alcohol-free experience.

Let’s keep our connection elevated naturally!

The intention is to create a clear, grounded space for deeper rest, genuine connection, and inner clarity. This allows you to fully receive the healing, insight, and transformation available here.

This retreat is an invitation to awaken the parts of ourselves that are asking to be seen and revealed…not to quiet or soften them through the relaxing effects of alcohol.

Breathwork can also be deeply cleansing and detoxifying, so staying hydrated and supporting your body with plenty of water throughout the weekend is important.

Don’t forget to use the “EARLYBIRD” code before August 7th to save!
