Breathwork Alchemy
Body-Based Breathwork is a lying down practice that draws on ancient traditions of accelerated breathing to surrender to whatever experience wants to emerge from your own innate wisdom and inner landscape. This may include memories, visuals, sensations, movements, and sound. It works mentally, physically, spiritually, emotionally and psychologically.
You may find that by bringing material out of the conscious and unconscious bodies, you are able to gain a deep authentic connection with self, others and the Universe.
